Privacy Policy

• Your name and email address, which you give us when you create an account.
• A password, stored only as a one-way hash. We can't read it.
• Your waitlist entries: which courses or packs you joined the waitlist for, and when.
• Verification codes, which we email you to confirm your address. They are stored as hashes and expire after 10 minutes.
• Your IP address, used only to limit how fast forms can be submitted. These counters delete themselves automatically within about an hour.

Payments are not open yet, so we don't collect any payment details. Before we start taking payments we will update this policy to explain what payment data is involved and who handles it.

• To create and secure your account and confirm your email address.
• To run the waitlist and tell you when courses or packs become available.
• To give you access to what you buy, and to answer your support requests.
• To keep the site safe from abuse.

We don't use your email for advertising.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share your email address with anyone for their own marketing or advertising.

To run the site we rely on three service providers who handle data only on our behalf: a hosting provider runs the website, a database provider stores account data, and an email delivery provider sends the verification emails we send you.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We use one cookie, c2l_session, to keep you signed in. It is needed for the site to work, can't be read by scripts on the page, and lasts up to 7 days or until you log out. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't load third-party trackers.

We keep your account details and waitlist entries while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove them, normally within 30 days.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@commit2learn.com from the address on your account and we'll take it from there.

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to account data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable care to protect what you give us.

Commit2Learn is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
